Hi there,
Our spring book fair was successful despite all the happenings around campus! We made $1781.60, which will be traded in for points that will be spent through Scholastic's catalog. Last month, the library used points from previous book fairs to purchase a digital coin sorter for the student store.
The library is open for student use! We have computers and a printer. The first 5 pages printed are free, and each page is $.10 after that.
ALL LIBRARY BOOKS ARE NOW DUE. Students may no longer check out books, as we are collecting them. Please help us get our library books back!
Book bins and names of students with missing books are due from senior advisory teachers on May 19. That is THIS FRIDAY.
Book bins and names of students with missing books are due from advisory teachers of 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students on May 26.
...PLEASE make sure your team gets their book bins and missing book sheets to me ASAP so that I can document in Destiny who owes what!!! I cannot do this without your help. PLEASE remember that students can not graduate if they owe library books or library fines--but they won't know that they owe for these books unless YOU tell the teachers to get me those lists.
Student notices with missing library materials and fine information have been printed and will go to advisory classes, but they don't include book bin books as, obviously, I have not received this information from teachers yet.
We have completed our inventory and I have called it in! Yay!!! The library staff is hard at work preparing the library for the summer by dusting books, putting books in order, and checking in the late books that come in every day.
The Spoilers Book Club has completed The Program. This Wednesday, they will celebrate with a game day in the library after school. Please pop in to say hello!
